What materials do you use?
We work with premium heavyweight cotton, brushed fleece, and technical fabrics.

How heavy are your garments?
Our K-LON Collection shirts are all 350gsm. We build heavy intentionally because lighter garments don't hold structure or print the same way.

Are your garments pre-washed?
Yes. All garments are pre-washed before printing to minimise shrinkage and soften the hand feel. What you receive is what it will stay.

How should I care for my piece?
Cold wash, inside out, no tumble dry. Hang or lay flat to dry. Avoid ironing directly over any printed areas.

How are your pieces made?
Every piece is cut and sewn in small batches. We use DTF methods for the designs.

Will the graphics crack or fade?
Not if you care for them properly. We use discharge and plastisol inks depending on the piece. Follow the wash instructions and the print will outlast the garment.

Do you do quality checks before shipping?
Every order is inspected before it leaves us. If something doesn't meet standard it doesn't ship. If something slips through and arrives wrong, contact us within 48 hours.

Why are your pieces limited run?
We'd rather do fewer things right than scale and compromise quality. When a drop sells out, it's gone.

How long does processing take?
Orders are processed and packed within 1 business day.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery across North America takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently only ship within Canada and the United States. Orders placed from outside North America will be cancelled and refunded in full.

My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?
Check your tracking link first. If it's been more than 10 business days with no movement, reach out to us and we'll open a claim and sort it out.

What is K-LON?
K-LON is a limited streetwear project. We make heavy, considered garments in small numbers. Our goal is to inspire young minds to pursue their goals through cloting.

Where are you based?
We operate out of Ottawa Ontario. All orders are fulfilled domestically within Canada.

How often do you drop?
We don't run on a calendar. Drops happen when the work is ready (around twice a year). Follow our channels to stay in the loop, or sign up to the circle for early access. Restocks sometimes happen.

Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. We can't accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
5.2
I ordered the wrong size — can I exchange?
We don't offer exchanges. Sizes sell out fast and inventory isn't held back. Please check the size guide carefully before purchasing.
5.3
Will sold-out items restock?
Generally no. Our drops are numbered and finite by design. Occasionally a revision of a piece appears in a future drop, but it will never be the same run.

How do I get in touch?
